We offer up to a 3% rebate on the listing side of your transaction when we represent you on both the sale of your current home and the purchase of your new construction home with a participating builder.
How It Works
When you work with The Abbadie Group for both sides of your move, we give you back up to 3% of the sales price as a credit or rebate on your listing. That’s real savings you can use for closing costs, moving expenses, or simply boosting your bottom line.

- You must purchase a new construction home through The Abbadie Group
- Your new home must be from a participating builder paying a 3% buyer agent commission
- You must allow The Abbadie Group to represent you on the sale of your current home
- Rebate must be applied as a credit at closing or other approved arrangement
